The Naora Circle digital session happens at a specific time. If the session is at seven in the evening Central European Time, the time that works for the European member. It is simultaneously midnight in Tokyo, four in the afternoon in Dubai, two in the afternoon in Nairobi, nine in the morning in New York, and nine in the morning in São Paulo.
The session time that is convenient for the European member is the session time that is midnight for the Japanese member. This is the unavoidable arithmetic of the global community in a world with twenty-four time zones.
The Naora programme’s response to this arithmetic is not to schedule all sessions for the European time zone and invite the rest of the membership to attend at inconvenient hours. It is to schedule sessions across the available times with the global membership distribution in mind, varying the session times so that the member in Tokyo has the daytime session available to them at the same frequency as the member in London, and the member in New York has the reasonable-hour session available to them at the same frequency as the member in Amsterdam.
Not every session at a good time for everyone, the arithmetic prevents this. Every member at a good time for some sessions and an inconvenient time for others, distributed equitably rather than systematically favouring one timezone over all others.

The Platform That Does Not Sleep
The Naora Circle platform is available twenty-four hours a day. The member in Tokyo who wants to browse the leg availability at midnight has the same access as the member in London who browses at lunch. The leg booking, the event registration, the partner network, the coaching appointment scheduling, the community forum, all of it is asynchronous and available at any hour.
The digital session requires the simultaneous presence of the members who attend it. Everything else on the platform is available on the member’s schedule rather than the platform’s schedule.
The member in Tokyo who joins the Naora Circle at midnight on the day the membership is activated joins the same Circle as the member in London who joins at lunch. The same access, the same benefits, the same offshore community, the same coaching, the same leg availability, the same personal guidance from the Naora team who will respond to the Tokyo member’s message with the same speed regardless of the timezone difference.
The time zone is the logistical reality of the global community. The Circle is the community that exists across it. The midnight in Tokyo and the lunch in London are both the beginning of the same membership.
