We are going to answer this question directly because vagueness about cost is a form of dishonesty that we are not interested in practicing. The Naora voyage is a significant financial commitment and the people who are considering it are adults who deserve a clear answer rather than an invitation to enquire for pricing. Here is the full membership structure, what each level provides, and what is included.
The Four Membership Levels
Naora membership works in two parts: a one-time membership fee that gives you access to the Circle, and an annual participation fee that determines how much time you can spend aboard. The one-time fee is paid once. The annual participation renews each year for as long as you remain an active member of the voyage.
Coastal — For those stepping into the journey, occasionally but intentionally
- One-time membership: €3,000
- Annual participation: €9,000
- Time on board: 1 week per year
- Private membership card and digital access, access to the Naora Circle, a curated selection of items for your time at sea, privileged access to partner network
Offshore — For those who want to move with the journey, returning throughout the year
- One-time membership: €5,000
- Annual participation: €29,000
- Time on board: Up to 40 days per year
- Everything in Coastal, plus: personal travel concierge, invitations to curated shore gatherings, enhanced comfort and priority cabin selection, early access to availability up to 15 days in advance
- Up to 10 unused days can be carried over to the following season
Ocean Explorer — For those who make this part of their way of life
- One-time membership: €5,000
- Annual participation: €59,000
- Time on board: Up to 100 days per year
- Everything in Offshore, plus: single occupancy without supplement, early access to availability up to 30 days in advance, priority access across all journey segments, ability to extend the experience to family or friends
- Up to 20 unused days can be carried over to the following season

Naora Season: A Full Chapter
The Naora Season is a different structure from the annual membership tiers. Rather than a fixed number of days across the year, it gives access to a complete regional chapter of the expedition: the full Mediterranean season, the full Caribbean chapter, the Pacific as it unfolds from island to island. You join at a regional hub and move with the journey throughout that season, in and out as your schedule allows, without planning each step individually.
Each season is limited to a small number of placements, typically no more than five per region, ensuring space, discretion, and a consistent experience throughout. The Season is designed for people who want deeper immersion rather than occasional access: nomads, couples looking for time and space, those for whom this is a dream being set in motion rather than a holiday being planned.
Bluewater Private: Exclusive Access
The Bluewater Private option gives exclusive access to the vessel for up to 45 days of private time on board within the rhythm of the expedition. Your time aboard becomes entirely your own: you choose who comes with you, whether that is family, personal guests, or colleagues, and the voyage is tailored within the expedition route. The Bluewater Private is appropriate for families, corporate retreats, brand partnerships, private expeditions, and honeymoons. Pricing is available on request via the contact details below.
What Is Included
All membership levels include accommodation on board, the professional crew, the chef and all meals, access to the Naora Circle both at sea and at shore gatherings, personal onboarding and one-to-one guidance before boarding, and the core onboard experiences including diving and snorkelling from the self-sufficient compressor system. From the moment you join, preparation is personalised: guidance for longer ocean crossings, introduction to life aboard, and the practical details that make stepping on the boat feel effortless rather than unfamiliar.
What is not included in the annual participation: flights to and from departure and arrival ports, alcohol beyond what is part of the standard onboard experience, fuel contributions for longer passages in specific circumstances, and personal purchases ashore. In remote regions including the Caribbean and the Pacific, costs for certain provisions increase significantly due to supply chain constraints; where this applies it is communicated clearly before the relevant legs.
Solo Travellers and Cabin Allocation
Many Naora members travel alone and the structure accommodates this without a financial penalty at the standard membership levels. Solo guests are accommodated by default in the bunk cabin at no additional cost.
For those who prefer a private double cabin, single occupancy can be arranged based on availability: the adjustment is applied as additional days from your membership allowance rather than as a financial surcharge, typically equivalent to 50 percent on standard legs and 100 percent on selected legs. Ocean Explorer members have single occupancy without supplement as a standard inclusion.
Payment
Naora accepts bank transfers, credit cards, and selected digital assets including Bitcoin. All funds are held in an independent escrow structure and released only at the start of your time on board: a structure that protects both parties and ensures complete transparency. The escrow is not a marketing claim. It is the specific mechanism by which the payment is secured, the terms are confirmed, and the funds are released at the correct moment.
