One. In May 2027 the Lagoon Eighty2 departs Bodrum, Turkey, and begins a westbound circumnavigation that will cover 45,000 miles across four oceans and five years before returning to the Mediterranean in January 2032.
Two. The first chapter is the Mediterranean: the Greek islands, the Ionian Sea, the Italian coast, the Balearic Islands, Gibraltar, the cultural density of three thousand years of Mediterranean civilisation accessible from the anchorage in every bay the boat enters.
Three. In November 2027 the boat crosses the North Atlantic from the Canary Islands to the Caribbean in the northeast trade winds, three weeks at sea without land in any direction, arriving at the Eastern Caribbean islands in December.
Four. The Caribbean dry season leads westward through Panama and the Canal in early 2028, and from Panama the Galapagos Islands mark the entry into the Pacific Ocean, the largest ocean on the planet, covering one third of the earth’s surface.
Five. The Pacific crossing from the Galapagos to the Marquesas is 3,000 miles of open ocean in the southeast trade winds, followed by two years in Polynesia: the Tuamotu atolls, the Cook Islands, Tonga, Fiji, Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands.
Six. In 2029 the route reaches the Indonesian archipelago, 17,000 islands at the centre of the Coral Triangle, the world’s highest marine biodiversity and spends three months in the Banda Sea, Komodo, Flores, Bali, and Lombok.

Seven. From Indonesia the route crosses the Indian Ocean, the third largest ocean, passing through the Maldives and Sri Lanka and the Seychelles and the East African coast before turning northward toward the Arabian Sea in late 2030.
Eight. The Red Sea southbound in 2031 provides the offshore diving sites, Brothers Islands, Daedalus Reef, Elphinstone at Marsa Alam, that no shore-based infrastructure reaches, before the Suez Canal returns the boat to the Mediterranean.
Nine. The return leg through the Eastern Mediterranean and the Aegean closes the circle in January 2032: the same waters the boat departed from in May 2027, seen now from the other side of 45,000 miles and five years of continuous offshore sailing.
Ten. Across the five years, the Naora Circle, an invitation-only community of members from every continent, boards and departs at the ports the route provides, each member choosing the chapter that fits their life, their calendar, and the specific part of the world that has been calling them.
